Solution

1.When the industries of the customers are different and their demands are also diverse, how should we choose the air compressors? (Such us mining, construction, well drilling, field exploration, emergency rescue, etc.)

Solution:

Customized as needed: The design can be tailored according to the actual needs of the customers (such as air volume ranging from 10m³/min to 100m³/min, working pressure: 7bar to 40bar, environment: high temperature, high humidity, high altitude, etc.).

Optional configurations:

Mobile/Stationary: The mobile small diesel air compressor with a trailer for towing is suitable for uneven geographical locations; the stationary type can be equipped with a shock-proof base to provide more stable performance.

Explosion-proof type: Suitable for hazardous environments such as petrochemical and coal mines, increasing safety factors.

Silent type: Noise ≤ 75dB, suitable for urban construction, reducing noise pollution.

Intelligent control: Remote monitoring + automatic start/stop, improving work efficiency.

2.How to choose between the YT series and the YO series rock drills

YO Series: Lightweight and flexible, suitable for small and medium-sized operations

The YO series rock drill is centered on lightweight design. The entire machine weighs only about 18 kilograms, making it easy for operators to hold and operate for long periods without getting tired. It has low air consumption and low noise, and requires relatively less power from the air compressor.

Applicable scenarios:

Surface drilling of small mines and quarries;

Small-scale projects such as road construction in mountainous areas and water conservancy projects;

Secondary crushing drilling of marble and granite;

Scenarios where operations need to be frequently moved around.

YT Series: Powerful and Efficient, Suitable for Heavy-duty Operations

The YT series rock drill is characterized by its high impact force as its core advantage, with the impact energy reaching about three times that of the YO series. These models need to be used in conjunction with air legs, which serve as support and propulsion, effectively reducing the labor intensity of the operator.

Applicable scenarios:

Mining tunnel excavation, drilling in medium-hard or hard rock sections;

Tunnel excavation, large-scale stone engineering projects;

Heavy-duty operations with a drilling depth exceeding 2 meters;

Work conditions with high requirements for drilling speed.
