Manufacturing starts with raw material inspection

Structural steel and core alloy components are checked for hardness and composition before entering production. Chassis welding and machining take place on CNC-controlled equipment in our Quzhou facility, where critical dimensional tolerances on rotary heads and drive components are held within tight margins during precision machining.

Each rig then moves through sub-assembly

Hydraulic systems, rotary drive units, and crawler undercarriage are built and tested as modules before final integration. Once assembled, every unit undergoes a full-load operational test cycle (up to 72 hours of continuous testing for some jack hammer models), with impact energy, torque, and air/hydraulic pressure logged for QC verification.
