Operating and Maintenance Specifications of YT27 Pneumatic Rock Drill
1. The yt27 rock drilling machines will be coated with a layer of anti-rust oil when it leaves the factory. Before use, it should be cleaned first, and then lubricating oil should be applied before it can be used.
2. When connecting the air pipe network, air should be blown into it to clear the impurities inside to avoid damaging the components during use.
3. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carefully check whether the assembly of the operating mechanism and components is correct and reliable. Lubricating oil should be added and ensure that the oil quantity is sufficient.
4. When the machine is running, some cooling water should be slightly turned off to remove the residual water droplets in the blasting machine to prevent the parts from rusting.
5. For commonly used machines, regular maintenance and inspection work should be emphasized. A comprehensive inspection can be conducted once a week to remove dirt and replace damaged components.
6. For used machines that need to be stored for a long time, they must be disassembled and cleaned, remove oil stains, and then placed in a cool and dry place.
