1. Hydraulic oil pump: It is a dual-unit type with a large displacement pump providing power to the power head, and a small displacement pump providing power to the four legs oil cylinders, the lifting mast oil cylinder, and the force/raise winch oil cylinder.
2. Four legs: The portable drilling rig equipment consists of hydraulic cylinders and a fixed frame. It can adjust the levelness of the machine body at the work site, playing a role in supporting and stabilizing the machine body.
3. Mast: It is a combination of giant steel pipes, channel steel, and angle steel for bearing the drill pipe, power head, etc., ensuring vertical stability; it provides a vertical channel for the drill tools to ensure drilling accuracy; it assists in lifting or lowering the drill tools to complete the drilling operation. The lifting of the drilling mast is accomplished by hydraulic cylinders.
4. Power head: It adopts a gear reduction box mechanism. The middle of the low-speed shaft has a large hole core shaft, and the upper opening of the core shaft can be connected to the hose interface of the concrete pouring equipment for concrete pouring; the lower opening of the core shaft is connected to the drill pipe and drill bit through a flange. The high-speed shaft is driven by a large-torque hydraulic motor.
